通过论述西部流域源头地区的重要地位及其现状,提出了西部流域源头生态补偿问题。在分析西部流域生态补偿必要性的基础上,探讨了西部流域生态补偿的内涵,认定了西部流域生态补偿的主体和对象,确立了生态补偿的原则,提出了生态补偿的方式。

In this paper, the importance and the actuality of the western basin headwaters areas are enumerated. Based on the above analysis, it defines the conception of the eco - compensation of the western basin headwaters, the main bodies and the objects at last, it puts forward the compensation principles and the styles of the western basin headwaters.
