国际开发园区的经验借鉴及绵阳科技城的发展思路探析

The Developing Experience of International Development Park and Development Idea of Mianyang Science& Technology City

绵阳科技城是国家立足西部、着眼科技经济结合而建立的一个特殊开发园区,通过三年的努力取得了显著成绩,但与国家建区初衷相比还有很大差距。借鉴国际开发园区的成功经验,绵阳科技城要充分展示其应有功能,必须在园区运作模式、体制创新、生产要素聚集、产业培育等方面实现新的突破。

Mianyang science ＆ technology city is a special development park founded by Chinese government with the aim to take western China as the basic force on the combination of science and economy. It has made great achievements by 3 years exertion. However, there is still a long way to go in order to meet the original intention of the Chinese government. To learn from the successful experience of international development parks, Mianyang science ＆ technology city must take some new breakthroughs, such as park operation model, system creation, elements of production gathering and industry development.
