摘要
弹性环挤压油膜阻尼器是一种新型的旋转机械支点阻尼器,其良好的减振特性,能够有效地对转子-支承系统振动进行控制。本文通过对ERSFD动力特性的理论和试验研究,初步从三个方面获得了减振机理:油膜阻尼吸收部分振动能量;弹性环凸台接触状态能控制支点刚度,从而调整临界转速,减小振动峰值;弹性环通过变形储存部分振动能量并缓慢释放。
The elastic ring squeeze film damper (ERSFD), that is a new type damper, has proven itself to be an effective controlling device of vibration in rotating machinery. In this paper, dynamic characteristics of ERSFD is investigated by theoretical and experimental method, and then the damping machanisms are obtained. Firstly, damping of film dissipates the vibration energy. Secondly, contact status of pedestal of elastic ring controls the support stiffness to change the critical speed and limit the peak amplitude. Thirdly, vibration energy is converted to deformation energy by deformation of elastic ring, and deformation energy is released to support slowly.
