摘要
高职毕业生就业问题与社会经济发展、劳动力市场制度、行业企业参与、就业指导和服务体系建设以及教育自身等诸多问题紧密相关,当前高职毕业生的就业之所以面临重重困难,可以从影响教育内外环境变化的制度缺失剖析。
The graduates＇ employment problem of higher vocational schools is closely related to the economic development, labor market system, involvement of industries and enterprises, career instruction, construction of service system and education itself. This paper reveals that the employment difficulty problem is caused by some institutional deviations in above system .
