摘要
高校教师的激励对高校的发展具有重要作用。本文首先利用马斯洛的需要层次理论,对高校教师五个层次需要的特点和内容进行分析,然后对高校教师学习动机和工作动机以及动机激励因素分析。通过分析找出影响绩效的因素,针对这些因素设计高校教师激励机制的模型。
The incentive of teachers' is important for the developing of university. At first, by using of Abraham Maslow hierarchy of needs theory, the paper analyses the characteristics and contents of teachers' five layers need, the learning motive, the work motive and the factor of influencing on motive incentive of teachers' in university. In the result, regarding these factors the paper designed the model of the teacher incentive mechanism in universities.
