The employment guiding ideology ＂Constructing a Scientific Employment Platform and Implementation of the Green Employment Channel Project is put forward by Jixi University for the first time in our country. Over the past five years, the student employment work has made achievements with wide social attention in Jixi University. We have summed up the basic concepts, models and methods of ＂green employment channel＂, making a positive contribution for the college employment in theoretical study and practice.
