摘要
当代大学生心理健康问题已经引起了社会和广大教育工作者的关注。加强大学生心理健康教育,优化大学生心理素质是高校培养人才的需要,是关系祖国未来建设的需要。
The present college students＇ mental health problem has attracted concerns from the society and extensive educational workers. Reinforcing college student mental health education and optimizing college student psychological quality are the demand for training talented persons in colleges and universities and for our country＇ s future construction.
