摘要
文章围绕创新型人才培养的环节和过程,从校园文化和学术氛围的营造、科研训练和实践平台的搭建、引导学生科研的组织发展以及保障制度和激励机制的建立等方面,论述了高等学校共青团组织在创新型人才培养中的不可替代作用。
This paper focuses on the irreplaceable function of youth league in colleges and universities during the process of cultivating talented students with innovations through several aspects as follows： forming and edifying a campus cultural and academic atmosphere; building up a stage of scientific and competitive practice; guiding students; scientific research organizations to develop well; and establishing guarantee system and motivation mechanism.
