The growing path selection of the industrial clusters in Hi-Tech Development Zones should start from acceleration of industrial clustering and expansion of industrial clusters. We need to develop high-end distinctive industrial clusters based on the optimization and improvement of industrial chains; to speed up the transformation from industrial clusters into creative clusters by improving the capability of independent innovation and the innovative systems; to build up closer links, strengthen interactions and establish the industrial clusters with sound environment.
