摘要
针对辽河油田长期停产稠油、高凝油井以及油田边缘地区的低产、低渗油井开发出一项新型提捞采油技术。该项技术的基本原理就是利用电加热方式降低井筒内原油粘度及凝固点,再下入工具进行提捞采油。其主要设备为一台多功能捞油车、一台运液罐车和配套管线。该项技术适用于粘度在50 000 mPa.s以内的稠油井及凝固点低于50℃的高凝油油井,适用井深2 000 m。该项技术填补了国内油田稠油、高凝油捞油技术的空白,为油田增产增效做出了一定贡献。
A new hailing production technology is developed for long production-ceased heavy oil wells, high solidification point oil wells and low production, low permeability wells in the peripheral region of oilfield. The basic principle of this technology is that the electric heating is used to lower the viscosity and solidification point of crude oil in the wellbore, then the tools are run to bail the crude oil. The primary equipments are a muhifunction bailing truck, a tank truck and corresponding pipelines. This technology is suitable for the heavy oil well with oil viscosity less than 50, 000mPa. s and for high solidification wells with solidification point less than 50 ~C , the depth of wells being 2000m. This bailing production technology is a cutting -edge technology in the world for the development of heavy oil field, and high solidification point oil field, which will contribute to the development of oilfield.
