摘要
从理论上阐明了滚切刀具耐用度长、效率高、加工表面质量好、节能降耗显著等优越性及其原因.分析了滚切刀具不同于普通刀具切削的实用技术,给出了切削用量的计算公式和参考数据,指出了滚切刀具的局限性.理论和实践证明:滚切刀具在机械制造业中有很强的实用性.
The advantages of self-rotary cutting tools such as long tool life, high efficiency, high surface quality and low energy cost are explained theoretically. The practical technology different from common tools is analyzed. The equations of cutting quantity and reference cutting data are given. The limitations of self-rotary cutting tools are presented. Better practicability is proved by theory and practice in manufacture.
