摘要
采用微波技术,以硫酸氢钠为催化剂,利用聚乙烯醇(PVA)醇解液,与α-萘乙酸合成植物生长调节剂α-萘乙酸甲酯.研究了在微波条件下,辐射功率、辐射时间、物料配比、催化剂用量等对反应的影响.实验结果表明:在微波辐射功率为100 W,辐射时间为30 m in,物质量比n(PVA醇解液)∶n(α-萘乙酸)=31∶1,硫酸氢钠用量为α-萘乙酸质量的58%时条件较佳,产率达93.6%.产品通过折光率测定,红外光谱分析和元素分析进行了表征.
By microwave technology, methyl α-naphthylacetate was synthesized from polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) alcoholysis liquor and α-naphthylacetic acid with niter cake as catalyst agent. Influence of the microwave power, the radiation time, the molar ratio of PVA alcoholysis liquor to α-naphthylacetate acid, and the amount of catalyst agent on the reaction were investigated. The results show that, with n (PVA alcoholysis liquor)/n (α-naphthylacetate acid) = 31 : 1 and m (niter cake)/m (α-naphthylacetate acid) = 58 : 100, and with 100 W microwave for 30 min, the methyl α-naphthylacetate has the yield of 93.6 %. The product was characterized by refractive index test, infrared spectrum and element analysis.
