摘要 为了方便快捷地对钢管桩的保护电位进行测量,实现保护状态实时在线检测,提出了一种基于移动通信无线网络以GPRS、SMS的方式对远程仪器仪表进行读写的设计方案。通过在现有硬件选型及软件设计上的精心考虑,以相对较低的成本实现了一个高精度、超远距离传输、高可靠性、低功耗的远程数据测控系统。介绍了该系统在曹妃甸矿石码头一期工程中的应用情况,实现了对海工钢结构腐蚀情况的远程监测,为将来的港口工程健康预警系统提供了技术支持。 In order to easily and speedily measure the protective electrical potential of steel pipe pile and realize realtime on-line inspection of protective state, a design proposal is put forward, it is based on mobile communication radio network and is in mode of GPRS and SMS to read and write for long-range instruments and equipments. On the basis of considering the type selection of existing integrated hardware and the software design, a long-range data telemetric system is obtained in relative low cost ,the system is high precision ,very-long-range transmission ,high reliability and low power consumption. The paper introduces the application of this telemetric system in the first phase of the project of Caofeidian ore terminal, the system achieves long-range monitoring for corrosion of marine steel structures and provides technical support for future early warning system of port engineering.
