摘要
目的:探讨1986-2005年伤寒在江宁区的流行规律,制定有效的防治措施。方法:对江宁区1986-2005年伤寒疫情资料进行分析。结果:1986-2005年共发生伤寒753例,年平均发病率为5.11/10万,总体呈下降趋势,发病集中在6-11月,20-24岁发病率最高,农民病例最多。结论:南京市江宁区伤寒疫情常年散发,应加强疫情监测,落实综合性防治措施。
Objective To study the epidemic situation of typhoid fever in Jiangning District of Nanjing City from 1986 to 2005,and establish effective measures for prevention. MethodsTo analyze the epidemic imformation of typhoid fever from 1986 to 2005 in Jiangning District of Nanjing City. Results There were 753 typhoid fever samples in total from 1986 to 2005 in Jiangning District of Nanjing City. The average incidence,the outhreak commonly occurred in 6 -11 months ,The population in from 20 to 24 ,the patients were mainly peasants. Conclusion The epidemic situation of typhoid fever in Jiangning District of Nanjing City ,showed separate occurrence, the epidemic situation surveillance should be strengthened ,and the comprehensive control measure should he carried out.
