铝合金点焊过程中磁场信号的时频联合分析

摘要 用联合时频分析方法将一维磁场时域信号扩展到时间—频率的二维平面,通过Wigner-Ville分布的时频平面对铝合金点焊过程中感应磁场信号进行分析,联合时频分析可以更直观地剖析点焊熔核成形的能量分布信息,使点焊质量在线监测成为可能。 The magnetic signals are observed and compared through Wigner-Ville distribution’s time-frequency plane. And in this process the joint time-frequency analysis is used to expand one-dimension magnetic time domain signals into two-dimension plane of time-frequency. The joint time-frequency analysis provides more direct and comprehensive knowledge of the quality of nuggets, thus meeting the possibility of online monitoring of spot welding quality.
