企业文化对企业的发展至关重要,企业家作为企业文化的设计者和执行者,应提高自身的素质和文化素养,推动和谐活力企业的建设,使企业在竞争中成为长青树。
Enterprise culture affects the development of an enterprise much. Being the planner and advocator of enterprise culture, the entrepreneur should promote cultural values and self quality, to advocate the establishment of a peaceful but energetic enterprise with the aim of surviving the enterprise for longer time amidst competitions.
