山西省现阶段农业生产状况及其结构调整分析

The Current Condition of Shanxi Agriculture and its Structural Adjustment

山西省农业生产存在的问题主要是农业结构中种植业比重较高、生产水平低效益低、社会需求与资源环境之间的矛盾突出等。本着因地制宜的原则、大农业大食物原则、节约用水与发展高效农业相结合的原则,山西省现阶段农业结构调整的关键是强化特色农业的发展,即大力发展特色种植业、草食畜牧业、优质果业,从而达到使农民增收并改善山西省生态环境的双赢效果。

The major agricultural problems in Shanxi are： crops accounling for a high proportion in agricuhural production, low efficiency, and the striking contlicts between social demands and resources etc. To solve these problems, we have to take local conditions into consideration, and increase the produetion of wegetables and aquatie products, conserve water, and boost efficiency. And the key points of the agricultural adjustment in Shanxi should be to enhance ＂featured agriculture＂ including planting, stockbreeding, fruit growing, so as to inerease larmers＇ income and improve the ecological environment in Shanxi.
