将模拟基因信息的星形模型推广到树形模型

摘要 将星形模型下的参数分布推广到树形模型来研究基因信息,在模拟的过程中用FST对模型进行了估计,发现FST和遗传漂变率是正相关的。当p趋向于0时,树形模型转化为星形模型;当p趋向于1时,树形模型退化为含有两个子代的星形模型。 This paper extends Star Model to Tree Model and simulates genetic data from the models. This process evaluates the Tree Model and discovers a positive association between the genetic drift. When approaching very close to 0, the Tree Model switches to the Star Model. Similarly, when it is approximately 1, the Tree Model shrinks to a two-current-population Star Model.
