摘要
根据泵-管-嘴喷油系统的工作原理和部件结构特点,建立数学模型,并应用Mat-lab/Simulink进行仿真。在模拟计算中,考虑了高压油管中声速和密度的变化对系统中燃油压力的影响,特别是对高压油管中燃油压力传递的影响。该模型可得到各喷油参数图形,与实际测量结果的对比分析表明,该计算结果与实测结果符合较好,且模型易于扩充。
Based on the performance theory and the part structures of fuel injection system, math models were set-up and simulations were carried out by using simulink program, considering considers the variation of sound velocity, density and their effect on fuel pressure, especially on fuel pressure transmission in pipe. Some injection parameters can be obtained after the simulation and they match the experiment data well. This model is simple and easy to expand.
