摘要 采用活塞、活塞销和连杆组合的三维模型对活塞三维温度场进行分析。并以此为基础,对活塞进行机械负荷和热负荷耦合分析,计算了活塞耦合应力场。全面了解活塞热负荷和机械负荷下的活塞强度,并与单纯机械负荷下的活塞进行对比,分析温度对活塞应力分布的影响,为活塞改进设计提供参考。 3D thermal analysis was conducted on piston by taking piston, piston pin and connecting rod as a package. The thermal analysis results were then used to analyze the piston with thermo-mechanical coupling method, Finally the stress field of the piston under thermal load and mechanical load was obtained. A comparison of that stress field with the stress field only under mechanical load was made to analyze the effect of thermal load on the distri- bution of piston stress, thus providing reference for improvement of piston design.
