铁炭微电解法预处理羧甲基纤维素生产废水 被引量:10

摘要 采用铁炭微电解法对羧甲基纤维素废水进行预处理试验,研究了初始pH值、曝气、停留时间等关键因素对COD去除的影响。结果表明当进水COD的质量浓度为16000mg/L,进水初始pH值为3.5,停留时间75min,铁炭体积比为1∶1,曝气量为5L/min,此条件下COD去除率为35.14%,试验达到了预期目的。 The wastewater from carboxymethyl cellulose production was pretreated by ferric-carbon microelectrolysis, and the effects of initial pH, aeration, residence time and some other key factors on the removal of COD were studied. The results showed that, the COD removal rate was 35.14% under the condition that the mass concentration of COD in influent water was 16 000 mg/L, the initial pH was 3.5, the residence time was 75 min, the iron-carbon ratio was 1 : 1, the aeration amount was 5 L/min. The expected goal of the test was obtained.
