啤酒生产废水资源化研究

Resource recovery of wastewater from beer production

在啤酒生产废水常规处理工艺及其出水水质的基础上,采用生物与超滤处理工艺进行深度处理.处理后水质可满足中水回用要求,实现啤酒生产废水资源化利用,如用作啤酒生产冷却水系统与蒸汽锅炉系统的补充水,可节约1/4生产用水,产生123万元的经济效益。

On the basis of conventional treatment process and the effluent water quality, wastewater from beer production was advanced treated by biological and uhrafiltration process. The water quality after the treatment could satisfied the requirement of intermediate water reuse, which realized the resource recovery of wastewater from beer production, if use it as make-up water for cooling water system or steam boiler system in beer production, a quarter of water used for production would be saved, 1.23 million yuan of economic benefit could be achieved.
