摘要
目的探讨靶扫描与三期增强联合应用对肺结节的定性诊断价值。方法搜集55例肺结节性病变患者,在常规扫描基础上,先行螺旋CT靶扫描,然后依据血流动力学特点,进行3期增强扫描,根据靶扫描肺结节形态学特点、增强后的最大CT净增值,对病变进行定性分析。结果肺结节靶扫描、3期增强扫描对病变定性诊断均有重要作用,两者敏感性、特异性、准确性的差异均无显著性(P>0.05);靶扫描与3期增强扫描相结合,对肺结节定性诊断的敏感度、特异度和诊断符合率分别为97.3%、87.3%和80.6%。结论靶扫描与3期增强扫描联合应用可明显提高诊断的敏感性和准确性。
[Objective] To explore the range scanning and three-phase enhancement scannings application to pulmonary nodules diagnostic value. [Methods] 55 eases of pulmonary nodules were collected on the basis of origin dynamics characteristics. First of all, spiral CT targeted scan, then the basis blood stream dynamics characteristic, carries on three-phase enhancement scannings, according to the targeted scan pulmonary nodules morphology char- acteristic, biggest CT value of Three-phase enhancement scannings, carried out the qualitative analysis to the pathological change. [Result] The pulmonary nodules target scanning, three-phase enhancement scannings played the vital role to the pathological change qualitative diagnosis, the two sensitivity, the specificity, the accurate difference did not have the significance significance (P 〉0.05); The target scanning unifies with three-phase enhancement scannings, to the pulmonary nodules qualitative diagnosis sensitivity, the peculiarity and the diagnosis coincidence rates respectively were 97.3%, 83.3% and 80.6%. [Conclusion] The target scanning may enhance the diagnosis obviously with three-phase enhancement scannings union application the sensitivity and the accuracy.
