某热电厂扩建工程职业病危害预评价

摘要 目的识别、评价、控制建设项目可能产生的职业病危害因素。方法采用综合评价法、类比法与经验法进行评价。结果该建设项目的选址与总体布局、生产设备布局、职业病防护设施设计、卫生辅助用室设置等符合国家有关规定;类比企业各工种毒物检测结果均符合国家标准;粉尘0.66—5.77mg/m^3,除副司炉、三段皮带、六段皮带超过国家标准外,其他均符合国家标准;噪声72.4—89.5dB(A)。结论该项目为职业病危害严重的建设项目,生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害是可以预防的,从职业卫生角度分析该项目是可行的。 Objective To identify,assess and control the occurrence of possible occupational disease hazard factors in this construction project for protection of the workers health. Methods Comprehensive assessment, analogy and experience methods were used. Results The items of the selection of site, the overall layout, the arrangement and layout of the facilities, occupational disease prevention and protection measures, the facilities of auxiliary rooms accorded with the requirements of laws and regulations of occupational health. Monitoring results of poisons from all types of works of analogy enterprise accorded with the national standards. The values of dust were 0. 66 -5.77mg/m^3 ,the spots of the third segment strap and the sixth segment strap in dust exceeded the national standards. The values of noise were 72. 4 - 89. 5 dB(A). Conclusion It is a serious occupational harmful project. The occupational hazards which possibly present in the productive process of the project can be prevented. From the view of occupational health,this construction project is feasible.
