摘要
目的对某机械公司冷作车间建设项目职业病危害因素及防护措施进行预评价。方法采用类比法与定量分级法进行评价。结果该项目主要职业病危害因素有粉尘、噪声和有害化学因素,检测值分别为粉尘TWA0.8—2.6mg/m^3、STEL1.8—4.4mg/m^3,噪声76—83dB(A),有害化学因素STEL0.03—0.99mg/m^3。结论该建设项目拟采取的职业病危害防护措施基本符合国家职业卫生标准和卫生要求,从职业卫生角度分析,该项目可行。
Objective To assess occupational disease risk factors and preventive measures for the machinery company. Methods The methods of analogy and quantitative analysis were carried out. Results The major risk factors were dust, noise, harmful chemical substances. The detection values of dust were 0. 8 - 2. 6mg/m^3 (TWA) , 1.8 - 4. 4 mg/m^3 (STEL) , noise 76 - 83 dB( A), harmful chemical substances 0. 03 -0. 99 mg/m^3 (STEL). Conclusion The preventive measures for the project accord with the requirements of national standards. From the occupational hygienic analysis, this project is feasible.
