摘要
本文根据现代商业体系理念和发展模式,在方案设计中通过市场布局、商圈调研、地段分析、业态定位等,确定购物中心的功能和主题特色。引入"柔性体量"概念和"功能转换空间"方法,强调外部空间关系的整合、公共功能空间的优化组织。
According to the modern commercial system idea and the development pattern, this article defines the shopping center function and subject characteristic in plan design through market layout, business circle investigation and study, land sector analysis, business localization and so on. It introduces the concept of "flexible amount of space occupied" and the method of "giant function transformation space". It also emphasizes the conformity of exterior spatial relations, and optimized organization of the public t'unction space.
