摘要
以人工繁育的沙塘鳢仔鱼为研究对象,分15个处理组,每组20尾(各设2个平行组),分别在孵化后0~16d开始投喂大型类,第15组为饥饿组,一直不投饵.结果表明:在水温27.5~28.5℃下,孵化后的沙塘鳢仔鱼孵出当天即开始摄食,7d后卵黄囊消失,转入外源营养期;至14日龄不能获得外源性营养的仔鱼,进入PNR期;沙塘鳢仔鱼饥饿1~10d,最高初次摄食率均为100%,此后随着饥饿天数的增加,其最高初次摄食率开始快速下降,至16d时为0;延迟3d投饵对沙塘鳢仔鱼的存活率和生长没有显著影响,延迟4d以上投饵的沙塘鳢仔鱼其存活率、体长增长率随延迟投饵天数的增加而降低,沙塘鳢仔鱼最适投饵时间为4~5日龄。
The impact of delayed feeding in early development on growth and survival of Odontobutis obscura larvae is examined. The larvae are divided into fifteen groups, each with 20 inds (two parallels). In the experiment, the water temperature was set to be 27.5-28.5℃. The initial feeding began 0-16 days after the larvae were hatched out and the red Daphnia rnagna (0.5 mm) was selected as the diet. Another group was designed as the hungry group and never fed. Results indicate that: (1) larvae firstly fed 0 days post-hatch, whose yolk exhaust at 7 days of age, and reach the point of no return (PNR) at 14 days old. (2) the initial feeding rate is as high as 100% in the first 10 days, and then decreases quickly to 0 at the age of 16 days. (3) the survival and growth rates are not affected when the initial feeding is given at the age of 3 days, and then decrease with increasing number of delayed feeding. (4) the most suitable feeding time for Odontobutis obscura larvae is found to be 4-5 days after birth.
