青蒿琥酯对大鼠肾小球系膜细胞细胞周期的影响

Effects of artesunate on the cell cycle of rat glomerular mesangial cells

目的观察青蒿琥酯(Art)对大鼠肾小球系膜细胞(glomerular mesangial cells,GMC)细胞周期的影响。方法用不同浓度的青蒿琥酯刺激多糖诱导增殖的大鼠肾小球系膜细胞,流式细胞仪检测其细胞周期的变化。结果青蒿琥酯使细胞有丝分裂被阻滞于G0期,S期细胞比例下降,G0期细胞比例增加。结论青蒿琥酯能够抑制脂多糖诱导的大鼠肾小球系膜细胞增殖,这种作用可能是通过其抑制细胞分裂、复制实现的。

Objective To investigate the effects of artesunate on the cell cycle of rat ＋ glomerular mesangial cells（GMC） . Methods Mesangial cells were incubated with different concentrations of artesunate induced by lipopolysaccharide. Cell cycle was detected by flow cytometry. Results Art can obviously inhibit the proliferation of GMC induced by LPS. Art could block GMC in G1 phase, the proportion of cell in S phase increased and cell in G1 phase decreased. Conclusion Artesunate can inhibit cell division,replication exert inhibitory effect on the proliferation of GMC induced by lipopolysaccharide.
