成都市精神卫生机构十年变迁

The change of mental health institutions in Chengdu during ten years

目的了解成都市精神卫生机构现状及十年变化。方法采用自制调查表对全市20家精神卫生机构进行现状调查,同时对11家机构进行对比。结果与1996年相比,11家精神卫生机构固定资产、床位使用率有提高,医院总面积与建筑面积、业务总收入、平均住院月收费等略有所增加,但差异不明显;在开放床位数、职工总数、医师、高级职称人数方面均无增长。结论我市精神卫生机构近十年有所发展,但发展缓慢。

Objective To find out the current situation and changes of mental health institutions in Chengdu between 1996 and 2004.Methods A self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the current situation of 20 mental health institutions in Chengdu,The change of 11 Mental healthy institution was compared between 1996 and 2004. Results A comparison of the 11 mental hospitals between 1996 and 2004 showed that the fixed assets and the Sickbeds usage foctor increased ; the ：total the area of hospital, hospital yearly income, and average monthly charges for hospitalization had increased slightly, but the difference is not significant. The numbers of hospital sickbeds, employees, doctors and the high title of a technical hadn＇t increased. Conclusion The mental health institutions had developed slowly during ten years.
