氯胺酮、曲马多预防全麻术后寒战的临床观察

摘要 目的 本研究旨在探讨曲马多和小剂量氯胺酮预防全麻术后寒战的效能及对呼吸循环的影响。方法 选择60例ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级择期全麻术后患者,随机分为0.9%生理盐水组(N组)、曲马多1mg/kg组(T组)、氯胺酮0.5mg/kg组(K组)。手术结束时静脉注入(3组均配制成5ml,注药时间为1min),并记录注药后5、10、30min寒战分级及MAP,HR、SpO2变化。结果 T组及K组注药后5、10、30min寒战患者数都明显低于N组(P〈0.01);T组用药前后MAP、HR差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)、K组用药后5min,MAP、HR较用药前差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),10、30min后则无差异;T组、K组用药前后SpO2差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论 曲马多、小剂量氯胺酮可有效预防全麻术后寒战发生,且对呼级循环功能无明显抑制作用。
