辅导员是高校思想政治工作的组织者和实施者,是保证大学生实现正确的人生定位的重要力量。辅导员应善于掌握学生特点,自觉养成良好素质,积极发挥自己的优势,引领大学生定位并走好人生的最重要四步:识时务,立信念,认清路,抢光阴。

Counselors are the organizers and performers of the college ideological and political work, who play an important role in instructing the students to position themselves properly in the society. The counselors should be quite familiar with the students＇ characteristics. Consciously and actively, they should cultivate good qualities for themselves and make full use of the advantages. Only in this way can they help the students know the times, foster a conviction, choose the right way and cherish the time.
