水稻粳掉3号近等基因系耐冷性状的遗传研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用主基因+多基因混合遗传模型和分离世代加不分离世代联合分析的方法,对云南稻种粳掉3号与十和田构建的近等基因系(NILs)的衍生后代家系群体的孕穗期耐冷性状进行遗传研究。结果表明,结实率和穗长性状均受2对加性-显性-上位性主基因+加性-显性多基因(E-1)构成,主基因遗传率分别为85.64%和27.51%;株高和穗下节长均受2对主基因+多基因共同控制。独立的2对主基因和多基因都存在加性-显性-上位性效应,主基因遗传率分别为48.88%和54.19%;穗颈长是由2对加性-显性主基因+加性-显性多基因(E-2)构成,主基因遗传率为91.37%。 The near-isogenic lines of the rice cross 'Jing Diao 3(Japonica rice)× Towada( Indica rice) ' ,were need to studies the genetic the cold tolerance characters at the booting stage in their progeny family groups by utilizing the method of major gene plus polygene mixed inheritance model and joint analysis method of segregating plus non-segregating generations. The results showed that : Both seed setting rate and ear length with two pairs of additive-dominance-epistatic major genes plus additive-dominance polygenes( E-1 ) ,the heritability of major genes was 85.64 % and 27.51% ;Both plant height and node length under spike were controlled by twe major genes +polygenes. Both the inde- pendent two major genes and polygenes had additlve-dominance-epistatic effects ,the heritability of major genes was 48.88 % and 54.19 % ; The peduncle length with two pairs of additive-dominance major genes plus additive-dominance polygenes ( E-2 ), the heritability of major genes was 91.37 %.
