四川省农业科学院专利申请与授权情况调查分析及思考

Analysis report on the applied and granted patents of SAAS and suggestion on the ways to stimulate patent application in this academy

本文对自中国恢复专利申请制度以来,四川省农业科学院各年度专利申请和授权数量,各研究所专利申请和授权数量,以及专利申请和授权的人员分布进行了统计分析,分析了四川省农业科学院在专利工作中存在的问题并就促进创新与提高四川省农业科学院专利申请和授权数量提出了建议。

This paper investigated the applied and granted patents of the Sichuan Academy of Agricultural Sciences （SAAS） since the implementation of the patent application system in China, and analyzed their distribution among the years, research institutes, and the individual inventors. At last ,the authors pointed out the existent problems in the patent work in this academy and gave some suggestions on how to stimulate the innovation and patent application.
