国产促性腺激素在3种超促排卵方案中的应用比较

摘要 对国产促性腺激素(HMG)在超促排卵中的应用与国外同类产品进行了回顾性对比分析,结果显示国产HMG在克服单用克罗米芬(CC)对子宫内膜的抗E2作用、改善和提高子宫内膜容受性等方面与国外同类产品相比,效果基本相同,但其价格较低,比较适合中国国情,可在西部欠发达地区推广应用。
