摘要 文章从沸腾焙烧原理分析出发,详细分析了获得高质量焙烧产物和减少铁酸锌生成的各种因素,以及传统湿法工艺条件对提高可溶锌率的影响,从理论和实践两方面对株冶焙砂可溶锌率下降提高焙砂可溶锌率作了全面的探讨。 Starting with the principle analysis of the fluidized bed roast, the paper analyzed the various factors to acquire the high quantity output and reduce the born of XZnO· YFe2O3 ,and the traditional wet method craft condition that can influx the dissolve Zinc rate in detail. It also brought a overall study of the dissolve Zinc rate reduction of output and how to increase it in Zhuzhou Smelter Group from the theories and the practice both sides.
