管壳式换热器管子-管板接头连接一般采用胀接或焊接型式,在使用过程中容易产生泄漏、腐蚀和破损导致设备失效。如果将接头连接型式加以改进,改为焊胀结合的型式,并在制造过程中严格质量控制,接头的抗应力腐蚀、抗缝隙腐蚀和抗疲劳的能力将提高三倍以上。
