摘要 针对TBM隧洞施工速度快、工序繁多、连续性强的特点,提出应用循环网络技术进行计算机施工过程模拟,实现资源优化和快速指导施工。以大伙房输水工程为例,通过对Robbins掘进机的基本参数分析,建立了长距离TBM隧洞施工循环网络模型,经对洞内运料子系统相关参数的仿真计算,分析出采用两辆运料机车,3 600 m岔口间距的方案较初设方案缩短工期1.2月,提高施工效率10.9%,节约费用149.71万元。表明该模型具有很好的适用性,可起到快速指导施工、提高工效的作用。 The TBM tunnel construction is often carried out very fast with complicated working procedures. According to this feature, the paper proposes using the cyclic network technology to stimulate the construction procedure in order to optimize the resources and instruct the construction process quickly. Through the analysis of the basic parameters of the Robbins excavator, the cyclic network model of long-distance TMD tunnel construction in the Dahuofang water transporting construction project is founded. The calculation of the related parameters of the sub-system for material transport in the tunnel shows that the plan of using two material transport locomotives and setting distance between two layouts at 3600mm can shorten 1.2 month of the construction period compared to the original plan and it can also enhance construction efficiency by 10.9% and save RMB 1,497,100 yuan. So this model is proved to have good applicability and can be used to instruct the construction process quickly and enhance working efficiency.
