摘要
为了探讨虚拟制造在企业中的应用,运用机械CAD与计算机仿真技术设计送料机的凸轮,进而讨论如何在此基础上进行虚拟制造。结果表明虚拟制造可以动态模拟产品的设计、加工、检验,降低成本,提高质量,缩短开发周期,提高产量,增强企业市场竞争力,在企业中有广泛的应用前景。
In order to study the foreground of VM, based on designing cam in the mould machine by mechanical CAD and computer simulation, the paper discusses how to carry out virtual manufacturing. VM can dynamically simulate designing, processing, machining, and testing, reduce cost, improve quality, reduce developing period, and increase productivity. VM can dramatically improve competition of enterprises in the market. Therefore, VM has a broad application prospect.
