浙江省体育服务从业人员的现状调查与分析

Survey and Analysis of Sport Services Practitioners in Zhejiang

采用文献资料、问卷调查法,对浙江省11个地区体育服务从业人员学历、专业和能力的调查,结果显示:高层次学历少,社会体育专业占6.77%,只重视技术指导能力。而城市居民所要求的体育保健康复指导能力和运动处方能力等还有一段距离。为了促进体育服务业的发展,应当发挥学校资源培养体育服务专业人材,引进人才为体育产业化的发展献计献策。

This paper analyzes the qualifications, profession and capacity in 11 regional sport services practitioners in ZheJiang with the methods of literature and investigation. The result shows that there are few high-level academics,6. 77% practitioners maior in professional sports and only technical guidance capability is emphasized. There are some distances of sports rehabilitation exercise prescription and guidance capabilities in urban residentsl In order to promote the development of sport services, schools should cultivate talents for the development of sports industry and offer suggestions for introducing talents.
