摘要
主要通过文献资料法从自我概念和自尊两方面论述了体育锻炼增强人际交往能力、型体自尊,从而增强自信心,促使自我概念的重构,自尊性提高,较好地增进大学生心理健康。
By using the method of documentary,this paper discusses that physical exercise can improve the ability of interpersonal conmmnication and self-esteem. It can thereby enhance establishment of self-ego and self-confidence and can promote psychological health of college student.
