Rough Sets in R_0-algebra

同余关系是相等关系的推广,而同余关系又是一个等价关系,基于这一点,利用同余这一工具,把粗糙集理论应用到R_0-代数中去,将粗糙集中的上、下近似概念推广到R_0-代数中,并讨论了R_0-代数中的粗糙集的性质.

Congruence relation is extension of equivalence relation, and a congruence relation is also an equivalence relation, based on the above, we apply rough set theory to R0-algebra and expand the notion of upper/lower approximation to R0-algebra. And some of their properties are discussioned.
