阻燃剂2-羧乙基苯基次磷酸处理棉纤维的方法优化 被引量:1

摘要 利用自制的阻燃剂2-羧乙基苯基次磷酸(CEPPA)对棉纤维进行阻燃处理,考察处理液浓度,处理温度、时间和烘干温度对棉纤维阻燃性能的影响.结果表明:处理液浓度8%,温度60℃,处理时间1h,烘干温度120°为较适宜的处理条件.通过垂直燃烧测试,可知棉纤维的阻燃性能达到了B1级. The cotton fibers were processed by self-made 2-carboxyethyl(phenyl) phosphinic acid. The effects of the concentration of processing solution , the processing temperature, the processing time, the dried temperature, on the flame-retardant trait of cotton fibers were analyzed . The result shows that the concentration of processing solution of 8% , the processing temperature of 60℃, the processing time of lh, and the dried temperature of 120℃ are the most suitable processing conditions. Using the method of vertical combustion , the result exhibits that the flame-retardant trait got to level B1.
