HPLC测定妇科调经片中延胡索乙素的含量

Determination of Content of Tetrahydropalmatine in Fuke Tiaojing Tablet by HPLC

[目的]建立妇科调经片中延胡索乙素的含量测定方法。[方法]采用HPLC法，色谱柱为ReliaSil C18柱（150mm×4．6mm，5μm），以甲醇-0．1％磷酸溶液（用三乙胺调pH值至6．0）（55：45）为流动相，流速为1．0ml／min，检测波长为280nm。[结果]延胡索乙素进样量在4．7～14．1μg范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9996），平均加样回收率为97．25％，RSD=2．17％（n=6）。[结论]该法操作简便、准确、专属性强，可作为妇科调经片的质量控制方法。

[Objective]To establish a method to determine content of tetrahydropalmatine in Fuke Tiaojing Tablet. [ Methods] The PiefeltarraeninlA was separated by HPLC on a ReliaSil C18 column （ 150mm × 4.6mm, 5μm） using MeOH - 0.1% H3PO4 （55： 45） as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0ml/min. Uv cletection was performed at 280nm. [ Resuits]PiefeltarraeninIA in Picria fel-terrae Lour was sparated and determined at baseline. The linearity range was 4.7～14. 1μg with a correlation coeffident d 0.9996. The average recovery rate was 97.25 % （RSD= 2.17%, n = 6）, [Conclusions]The method is feasible, accurate and of strong specificity which can be used as the quality control method for Fuke Tiaojing Tablet.
