论“以人为本”的理念与警察教育

On the Concept of Humanism and the Education of Police

警察教育是整个国民教育的一部分。警察教育有其特殊性,有它独特的教育期望和要求,但它最终的和根本的属性仍然为"人性"。"以人为本"的教育理念对警察教育不仅完全适应,而且高度一致。警察教育从人的基本需要出发,尊重人的基本权力,关注人的基本差异实施教育;全面地、完整地把握人的特征,是警察教育中"以人为本"理念的体现。

The police＇s education is a part of whole education.The police＇s education has particularity of itself,such as unique educating expect and requirements,but its final and basic attribute should be ＂human natures＂ like whole educating.So,the education concept of ＂people first＂ which adopt for general education is absolutely suit for police＇s education,and is highly identical with it.Police＇s education should be the same as other education.It＇s the embodiment of ＂people first＂ in police＇s education to consider students＇ basic needs,respect students＇ basic right,pay close attention to the basic difference of students and the characteristic of students in carrying on police＇s education completely.
