大学要努力办成“学习型社会”

The University Should Be Developed Into "A Learning Society"

历史发展趋势、大学的社会职责、历史使命以及中国大学目前现状等都要求大学应该办成"学习型社会"。大学的各级领导和广大教师应该从学习观念的转变、树立大学人的可持续发展观念、建立长期稳定的学习制度、形成浓厚的学术氛围、搭建学术交往互动的平台、强化领导"扬善抑恶"的职能、注重研究教育实践等方面入手,构建崭新的"学习型组织"的现代化的中国大学。

The developing trend of history, the social duty and the actual state of the university require the university in China be developed into ＂a learning society＂. The leadership and teachers in university should change the traditional learning concept into new learning concept of sustainable development, build a stable learning system and learning atmosphere, intensify the function of ＂rewarding the kind and punishing the evil＂, attach importance to education practice and so on, so that we could develop modern university into a new learning society.
