Development and Research of Integrated Display for WBZ21 Stabilized Soil Mix Plant

针对稳定土拌和机作业时对拌和深度、转子速度、尾门开启角度、大臂锁销插拔位置无法数字化直观显示的问题,通过设置传感器、单片机等开发了数字显示作业参数的综合显示仪,使拌深显示、转速显示等简单方便,确保了拌和效果和安全操作的能力,降低了操作人员的劳动强度,值得推广应用。

Through setting sensors and using single chip microcomputer, the integrated display is developed. Some parameters such as mix depth, rotor speed, tail gate open angle, Iockpin position of arm, etc. can be displayed digitally. This display can guarantee the mix quality, improve the safe operation and decrease the labor intensity.
