摘要
结合南通城闸大桥施工,介绍GL-400型挂篮的设计过程,针对桥梁箱梁构造特点,确定了挂篮的结构型式。通过对其结构的受力计算,对主桁、内模、行走方面进行了创新设计。经过荷载试验与现场应用,证明了GL-400型挂篮结构轻巧、操作快捷方便,圆满解决了单索面斜拉桥400t节段的悬浇需要。
Combining construction in Chengzha Great Bridge in Nantong, the paper introduces the designing process of the GL-400 cradle, the structure form of cradle for the structural characteristics of beam in bridge is determined. Innovation design to main truss, internal formwork and walking is made through calculation of the structure. At the same time, the GL-400 cradle is light and handy and meets the needs of 400 t weight beam construction in single chain stayed-cable bridge through load test and construction.
