《唐律疏议》法律词义的语义特征分析 被引量：2

摘要 本文以义征分析法对《唐律疏议》中法律词语的法律义位进行语义特征分析,探索研究古代专科词义微观语义结构的思路。将一个法律义位分析为主体义征和附加义征,前者包括类义征和表义征,后者主要包括评价义征。
