教师管理是高校管理工作的重中之重。管理的理念又是实施科学管理的指导思想和终极追求。在高校教师管理理念中,我们必须深刻认识并处理好学术权力与行政权力、教学与科研、自由与规范、学历与能力以及培养与引进这样几对关系。

Teachers management is the most important work in college management while management ideas are the guiding ideology and ultimate pursuit in implementing scientific management. In the ideas of college teachers management, we must have a solid understanding of and cope with the several relations. They are relations between academic power and administrative power, teaching and scientific research, freedom and specification, formal schooling record and ability, and training and introduction.
