摘要
管理活动中精确方法的局限性日益突出,与之相对应的模糊方法可以弥补其不足。模糊理论与方法的出现是人们认识深化的产物,模糊方法因其具有简约性、包容性、含蓄性、实用性等特征与优势,特别适用于学校管理。学校工作中许多因素都不可能进行精确量化,运用模糊方法管理更具有可行性与成效。
The limitations of precise methods used in school management are becoming more and more distinct. But fuzzy methods can remedy such limitations. Fuzzy theory and methods were produced while people's cognition was being deepened. Fuzzy methods have got their own characteristics and vantages, such as being brief, inclusive, implicit and practical, so this kind of methods are suitable to be used in school management. In school management, a lot of factors can't be quantified precisely, but can be more feasible and effective by using fuzzy methods.
